Breakfast is perfect start to your day. Right after a glass of water to help jump start your body and organs. You’ve been without water or food for a small fasting throughout the night. You’re body is craving nutrients and wants you to think wise. First thing to do is get your blood and organs pumping and getting out of rest mode. Drink a glass of water.
Now that that’s over let’s get to breakfast! High sugar intake right away will spike, make you maybe feel awake and energized but soon into your morning you’ll feel the sugar lows. You’ll need more to feel up again. It’s like a drug you can’t push to the side. There should be sugar groups. Hello my name is Gary, and I’m addicted to sugar. Sugar is more addictive than you could think. It raises dopamine. And when your dopamine drops, you want more. You need to feel that raise of dopamine again to feel good. So here’s a breakfast that will make you feel good about your morning. Keep you full longer and give you plenty of energy without a crash later on in your morning.
Cook eggs in pan with a little of your favorite oil, avocado oil, olive oil, etc. I like to mix the eggs together to make sure the yolk is all around instead of just one spot. That way you can also scared and shape your eggs into something that will fill your toast to the edges all over. Kinda molding it to fit eggs into every bite
Throw your bread in the toaster. Once out take sliced avocado and put on bottom piece of toast.
Once you flip your eggs over place cheese on top. Add ham on one side of pan to start cooking. Layer them so they’ll fit your toast.
Flip ham over once hot and place eggs and melting cheese over the top. Cook a minute more and take off the heat and place on top of avocado on your toast.
